We want you to love your Boody. But if something isn’t quite right, our hassle-free Returns & Exchanges process makes it simple to send items back.

How to Start Your Return or Exchange

All you need is your order number starting with AP, your delivery postcode, and access to our Returns & Exchanges Portal.
From there, just follow the steps and we’ll take care of the rest. Once your return is on its way, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit as quickly as possible.

We stand behind our ethical production standards and quality craftsmanship. If you’re not fully satisfied with the comfort, size, or fit, you can return or exchange eligible items in line with the policy below.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligible Items: You may return any item (except Final Sale items & Intimates) within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and in undamaged packaging.

Hygiene Standards: Please try on items without makeup, perfume, or beauty products, as these can leave marks or scents that make the item non-returnable.
All returns are inspected by our QC Team, and we reserve the right to refuse returns on any item that does not meet acceptable hygiene standards, as per our policy.

Excluded Items: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened Underwear, unless faulty (subject to Australian Consumer Law).
Underwear includes Women’s Briefs, Bikinis, G-Strings, Undershorts, Shapewear, Period & Leak-Proof Underwear, and Men’s Boxers, Briefs, and Trunks.

Bras are not considered Underwear and may be returned/exchanged if they meet our policy.

Final Sale: Items marked as Final Sale (subject to Australian Consumer Law) cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

If Intimates or Final Sale items are returned to us, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange, and the item cannot be sent back to you.

Return Fees

Exchanges: Free of charge!
Refunds: A $11.95 fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Shipping costs associated with your original order are non-refundable.

Return Coverage / Checkout+

Want more flexibility? At checkout, you’ll have the option to add Return Coverage (Checkout+) for $3.95.

With Return Coverage, you can return or exchange all eligible items (non-Final Sale and non-Underwear) from that order at no extra cost within 30 days of delivery.

If you don’t purchase Return Coverage, you can still submit a return request later, but standard return fees will apply.

Please note: Return Coverage is final sale and cannot be refunded once purchased.

Stockists/In-store purchases

Products cannot be returned or exchanged at stockist locations.
We also cannot accept returns or exchanges for products purchased through stockists.

Support

All return and exchange requests must be submitted through our Returns & Exchanges Portal.
Our Community Happiness Team will respond to any enquiries about returns, exchanges, or order issues (especially if your order includes Final Sale items or Intimates).
